    I. Product Introduction

    V. Connection methods
    (一) Welding connection.
    Directly welded pipe with electric welding, simple and convenient, strong operation, suitable for shorter connection distance

    (六)Transportation and Packaging

    (七) Problem solving
    In the installation process the best way is to weld the mouth (weld rib) upwards, which can increase the service life of the welded pipe, groove connection should be in strict accordance with the CECS151:2003 standard:: ① The groove can not be welded to the ground when the welded pipe is installed.
    (1) the groove can not be welded pipe groove bias; ②) the pipe end to the CECS151:2003 standard.
    (ii) The surface from the pipe end to the rough groove section should be flat, without bumps and roll marks; (iii) The pipe must be connected to the groove in the same way as the welded pipe.
    (iii) The pipe must be level when grooving; (iv) The axis of the pipe should be in line with the rolling line.
    The pipe axis is perpendicular to the front of the grooving machine.
    ⑤ Pay attention to the depth of grooving.
    ⑥The welded pipe connected by grooving must meet the national requirements.
